–Da rulez:
- Partners do alternating rounds
- The partner not doing work has an active rest of:
- 75 Double Unders. If you cannot do Double Unders OR
- 20 Burpees
- You have to complete your active rest before you can start your round
- Once the non-doing-Nancy partner completes the active rest, they can start actively doing a passive rest (hahahaha)
