All nine reps have to be done unbroken in order for the load to count. You cannot in any way put the bar down between lifts in order to do this correctly.

Alrighty then, let’s give this Baseline a second chance. I know that at the beginning of the month things got a bit screwy, but I promise this will all make sense today. Due to this crazy water-falling-from-the-sky-and-nothing-else event, we will not be repeating the October Baseline. Please come in if you want to give it a whirl. If it doesn’t make sense this time around, I promise that that is your fault. Also, according to my calendar, it is All Hallow’s Eve tomorrow. The traditional feast of coming to the gym and doing an absolutely insane workout that includes all Barbell movements and has a preposterous 35 minute time limit. Feel free to come in costume. In the certain case that the length of my shorts bothers you in any way, note that I have consent from Josh Plosker to wear whatever I want! I just have to get my sweet mustache going before the morning to complete this masterpiece. See you all later.
